Please note that we have included the dates for the upcoming Union Meetings below. The meetings are held the first and third Tuesday of each month with the meeting beginning at 7:30 PM. After the meeting feel free to stay for pizza and refreshments.

Just because they are retired doesn't mean that our retiree's have forgotten what it's like to get involved and be heard. Some of our people are involved with retiree's groups at the local, state, and national levels. Our Local 189 retiree's meet once a month in the meeting hall on the 4th Wednesday of each month, March-October, and they eat at Noon. Come and join us for fun and camaraderie.

Bad Weather Notification Procedure
Listen for the words:
"Plumbers and Pipefitters JATC"
In the event bad weather causes a cancellation of normal school hours, we will call the following radio stations as soon as such a decision is reached:

Normally a cancellation decision will not be made until 2:00 PM that day. This will still allow the cancellation to make it on the 3:00-3:30 PM news reports. If we have bad weather and you do not hear a cancellation announcement on one of the above stations, please call to find out if school has been cancelled.
